Wooden-based-, Eastern-volunteers-related 'ink-stamp' (or: 'Dienstsiegel'), depicting the text: 'Ostarbeiter'
This is a neat - and actually quite unusual and with certainty not that often encountered! - wooden-based-, so-called: Eastern-volunteers-related 'ink-stamp' (or: 'Dienstsiegel'), depicting the text: 'Ostarbeiter' and that comes in an overall nice (and of course still fully functional-), condition. These 'official' stamps - which were 'standard issue' but were not that wide-spread - were often used by the various employees for 'officialising' for example 'Reisepässe', 'Soldbücher', letters and/or packages to mention a few. The stamp was clearly used and comes mounted on its period, yellowish-beige-coloured- and/or wooden-based 'handle' as issued and/or used: it is naturally a genuine period item and NOT a modern copy or fake. (Pls. do note that this item can only be sent as a package, something that implies according postage-fees). In any case a neat and/unusually encountered Eastern-volunteers-related 'Dienstsiegel'!
