Detailed, 9-mm.-sized medal-lapel-pin, being a maker- (ie. 'L/57'-) marked example depicting respectively: an 'EK I. Klasse', an: 'EK II. Klasse' and a: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Silber'
This is an attractive - and for its size very detailed! - example of a 9-mm.-sized medal-lapel-pin, being a maker- (ie. 'L/57'-) marked example depicting respectively the miniatures of: an 'EK I. Klasse', an: 'EK II. Klasse' and a: 'Verwundeten-Abzeichen in Silber'. These attractive lapel-pins were a most appreciated medal-accessory and where intended to be worn on the civil attire. The example on offer here is a truly 'luxuriously-styled'-example that is executed in silvered- (and partly black-coloured) so-called: 'Buntmetall' (as can be seen on the pictures). The medal-lapel-pin shows a clearly present makers'-designation stamped into its back that reads: 'L/57' and can as such be attributed to the maker ('Hersteller') named: 'Boerger & Co.' based in the town of Berlin. Simply a neat example that is IMO accordingly priced!
