This is an attractive - and/or neatly detailed! - example of a neatly hand-embroidered, WH (Kriegsmarine) enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO-) type, hand-embroidered breast-eagle, as was executed in bright-yellow-coloured- and/or: linnen-based material, as was specifically intended for usage on the various darker-blue-coloured KM-tunics, that comes in an overall very nice (IMO minimally used- ie. once tunic-attached-), condition. This example - having a 'wingspan' of approximately 10,2 cms. and showing some highlighted areas in orange-coloured thread - is nicely hand-embroidered using golden-yellow-toned-, linnen on a dark-blue-coloured (and/or: woolen-based-) background (see pictures). This example was as stated minimally used- ie. worn but is void of any damage: it does show some minimal age and or staining though (see pictures). The eagle shows a black-coloured-, linnen-based 'backing' as is more often seen. Simply a very attractive and only minimally used example that can naturally easily be re-attached to any 'Kriegsmarine'-tunic or to be simply kept in any eagles'-collection!
