Attractive - and not that often seen! - Dutch WWII-period-, police- (ie. 'Schalkhaar Politie') cap-cocarde (ie. 'Kokarde') as was specifically used on the black-coloured, Dutch-police head-gear (aka: 'Kepi's)

This is an attractive - and not that often seen! - Dutch WWII-period- (ie. NSB or: 'Nationaal Socialistische Beweging' or: Dutch Nazi party-related-), police- (ie. 'Schalkhaar Politie') cap-cocarde (ie. 'Kokarde') as was specifically used on the black-coloured, Dutch-police head-gear (aka: 'Kepi's) and that comes in a virtually mint- (ie. unissued and/or never cap-attached-), condition. The piece - which is executed in silvered, zinc-based metal - shows a red-rimmed- and/or blue-coloured centre and comes mounted on its specific mounting set-up (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece is totally void of any marking. Simply a neat - and not that often seen! - Dutch WWII-period cap-cocarde that was intended for usage by the 'Schalkhaar Politie'!
