Superb - and fully matching! - pair of WH (Heeres), early-war period-, ie. 'M36'-pattern-, 'cyphered'-, NCO-type shoulderstraps, as was intended for a: 'Feldwebel eines Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Schützen-Regiments'
This is a truly very attractive - and/or fully matching and with certainty rarely encountered! - pair of WH (Heeres), early-war period-, ie. 'M36'-pattern-, 'cyphered'-, NCO-type shoulderstraps as was piped in the desirable bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour, as was intended for - and worn by! - a: 'Feldwebel eines Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Schützen-Regiments' (or: sergeant and gunner who served within a: 'Panzer-Schützen'-regiment) and that comes in an overall nice (albeit moderately used ie. worn-), condition. The shoulderstraps - which are approximately 11,4 cms. sized in length - have the 'standard-type'- and/or: darker-green-coloured- and smooth-woolen-based 'upperdecks' and have (as to be expected) the bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured- and/or woolen-type piping attached (see pictures). The straps - which come mounted on their functional tongues attached - show as stated above only minimal usage and/or wear (some minor wear, staining and/or dust is visible and/or present). The straps show the (standard-pattern) silver- (ie. somewhat greyish-) coloured NCO-braid attached and show a matching pair of silver-toned- and aluminium-based: 'S'-'cyphers' and dito pips attached. It should be noted that ALL NCO-pattern, 'Panzer'-type shoulderstraps can easily be regarded 'rare' (even more so when they are neatly 'cyphered' as this pair). This particular pair - which is as stated above completely matching and that was most certainly worn as such as a pair - originated from an older cloth- and/or shoulderstrap-collection I recently acquired. In any case a very attractive and/or: early- ie. pre-war-period, 'Heeres'-Panzer-related NCO-type shoulderstrap-pair that was intended for usage by a: 'Feldwebel eines Panzer- o. Panzerjäger-Schützen-Regiments'!
