Attractive - and almost matching - pair of N.S.K.K. (or: 'National Socialistisches Kraftfahr Korps') shoulderboards as piped in the bright-red coloured branchcolour, as was intended for usage by the Dutch NSKK-volunteers
This is an attractive - and fairly scarcely encountered! - Dutch volunteer-related so-called: N.S.K.K. (or: 'National Socialistisches Kraftfahr Korps') shoulderboard-pair as piped in the bright-red (ie. 'hochroter'-) branchcolour, that comes in an overall nice (albeit clearly used- and/or tunic-removed-), condition. The boards have the typical silver-black-coloured- and/or: 'checkered' upperdecks (ie. tops) and show the bright-red- (ie. 'hochroter'-) and 'rayon'-based piping ie. branchcolour attached as to be expected (see pictures). The boards - which measure 12,5 cms. in length each as more often seen - are moderately used and/or worn: they shows some moderate age, wear and/or staining. An example of these boards is also figured in the Bender reference-book entitled: 'Foreign Legions of the Third Reich - Volume 2: Belgium, Great Britain, Holland, Italy and Spain' by David Littlejohn: it is pictured on the top of page 207 of this excellent book). Simply an attractive Dutch-volunteer-related N.S.K.K. (or: 'National Socialistisches Kraftfahr Korps') shoulderboard-pair: only the first such rare pair I did ever had on offer!
