Superb - albeit regrettably single! - police (ie. 'Polizei') general-officers'-type shoulderboard, as was executed in golden- ie. silver-toned braid, as was intended for usage by a: 'SS-Brigadeführer und Generalmajor der Polizei'

The truly attractive shoulderboard - which is constructed from the bright-green- (ie. 'hellgrüner'-) coloured- and 'smooth-type' (ie. moleskin-like-) wool and having a golden- ie. silver toned- so-called: 'braid'- ie. 'Cellueon'-based upperdeck - comes in an excellent condition overall and is hard to be upgraded: the board was with certainty worn as such and came as recently found. The board is just a tiny bit 'tarnished' simply caused by decades of storage and/or moderate wear and was with certainty once tunic-attached: some minimal stitching-holes are noticable. The neat shoulderboard - which measures approximately 11 cms. in length - does not have (nor had) any general-officers'-pips attached denoting the officers'-rank of an: 'SS-Brigadeführer und Generalmajor der Polizei' (see pictures). The shoulderboard came without tongue and was clearly used as a piece of the 'sew-in'-type. It should be noted that all general-officers' shoulderboards can easily be graded 'very scarce': those intended for 'Polizei'-usage even more so. Too bad that it is only a single example!
