Neat, WWII-period-, Italian Facist youth-movement (or: 'Gioventù Italiana del Littorio' ie. 'GIL') sports-award, as executed in silver-toned-metal, being a neatly maker- (ie. 'S. Johnson - Milano'-) marked example

This is a neat, WWII-period-, Italian Facist youth-movement (or: 'Gioventù Italiana del Littorio' ie. 'GIL') sports-award, as was executed in silver-toned-metal and showing an illustration of Benito Mussolini surrounded by the text: 'Credere - Obbedire - Combattere - G.I.L.' and being a neatly maker- (ie. 'S.Johnson - Milano'-) marked example, that comes in a moderately used- (albeit still very nicely preserved- and/or moderately worn-), condition. The neat circular-shaped badge (having an approximate diameter of 42 mm. and depicting an illustration of Mussolini wearing a steel-helmet) comes naturally mounted on its (functional) pin-/pin-catch set-up and retains most of its period-applied-, silver-toned finish: it just shows some moderate age- and/or wear (and or tarnish) but was never cleaned nor polished. This 'Gioventù Italiana del Littorio' ie. 'GIL'-movement could in many ways be compared with it German-counterpart, the: 'HJ' ie. 'Hitlerjugend'). Simply a neat example of this WWII-period-, Italian Facist-related youth sports-award!
