Neat example of the WH soldiers' instructional-handbook entitled: 'Pionierdienst - aller Waffen' (or: enigineers-handbook) being numbered: 'H.Dv.316' and being of the version that is dated: 11 February 1935 (ie. 1936)
This is neat - period- and 'standard-issued' - example of the WH soldiers' instructional-handbook entitled: 'Pionierdienst - aller Waffen' (or: enigineers-handbook) being numbered: 'H.Dv.316' and being of the version that is dated: 11 February 1935 (ie. 1936) and that comes in an overall nice- and/or fully complete, condition. This soft-cover booklet - which is only sized: 15 x 10 cms. - was (one of) the 'standard-issued' soldiers' (ie. NCOs and/or officer'-) handbooks covering the subject matter and provided the troops with a full explanation on all military matters regarding the various war-fare-means with respect to the 'Pionier-Truppen' (or engineers). Topics such as field-training, weapons, maintenance, camouflage, first-aid, equipment, ranking etc. are dealt with in great detail. The fairly thick booklet - having 444 pages (!) and numerous illustrations - comes in an excellent condition overall: it shows some wear and is just a tiny bit yellowed by normal age. It just shows some minimal age ie. wear caused by moderate usage only. Simply a great period-reference-guide that is fairly priced!
