I recently found a period-packed 'stack' comprising of ten - fully identical! - examples of the neat (and nowadays actually not that easily encountered!) WH (Heeres), bright-silver-toned (ie. typical aluminium-based), enlisted-mens'- (ie. NCO- or even officers') type visor-cap-eagle (ie. 'Adler für Schirmmütze') being all 10 very detailed and clearly maker- (ie. 'F.L.L.'-) marked and/or '38'-dated examples that come all ten in a simply never used- nor cap-attached- (ie. still 'virtually mint- ie. unissued'-), condition. The neat - and minimally 'vaulted'! - pieces come (of course) in a still fully functional condition: they all retain their three (also aluminium-based) prongs firmly in place (which were simply never folded nor bent and that are of course still fully functional as can be seen on the pictures). The eagles - which are very detailed and pronounced - came still 'packed' in their period piece of thin-shaped 'wrapping-paper' as issued and found: they were simply 'left-over' and were simply never issued nor used. All pieces have a nice typical, aluminium-like appearance as to be expected. My asking-price is naturally intended for a single specimen. Simply a nice occasion to acquire an attractive - and with certainty desirable! - spare-part for a justified priced!
