Attractive - albeit regrettably single! - WH (Heeres) neatly 'cyphered', officers'-type shoulderboard as piped in the bright-pink branchcolour as was intended for an: 'Oberleutnant des Panzer-Aufkärungs-Abteilung 4'

This is an attractive - albeit regrettably single! - neatly 'cyphered', WH (Heeres) officers'-type shoulderboard having the (bright!) pink-coloured branchcolour as was intended for usage by an: 'Oberleutnant des Panzer-Aufkärungs-Abteilung 4' (or: lieutnant first-classwho served within a specific tank-reconnaisance unit, numbered: '4') and that comes in an overall vey nice- (albeit I deem moderately used ie. worn- and/or I deem carefully tunic-removed-), condition. The shoulderboard which is approximately 11,2 cms. sized in length and that is piped in the neat bright-pink- (ie. 'rosaroter'-) coloured branchcolour as to be expected and shows a neat (bright golden-coloured, 'Buntmetall'-based, Gothic-styled- and/or: larger-sized) so-called: 'A'-cypher (ie. 'Ziffer'), smaller-sized '4'-numeral and equally-styled, single pip period-attached denoting that the strap was intended for a junior-officer who held the rank of: 'Oberleutnant' (ie. lieutnant first-class). All three devices shows some regular age and/or minimal tarnish but are still nicely preserved. The strap never had a tongue attached (it is a specimen of the 'sew-in'-type) and does show some minimal age-, wear and/or staining (as can be seen on the pictures). The piece originated from a smaller neatly 'cyphered' shoulderstrap- and board-collection I acquired for the web-site . Simply an attractive - and desirable! - 'Heeres Panzer' officers'-type shoulderstrap that belonged to an: an: 'Oberleutnant des Panzer-Aufkärungs-Abteilung 4': too bad that it is only a single specimen!
